The UVPlongeant equipment consists of a parallelogram to secure the lamp. Disinfection is initiated automatically by pulling a lever, ensuring the insertion of the UV tube into the container. The lamp is automatically ignited when the tube is fully inserted.

The UV lamp is protected against breakage and is mounted on the bar for insertion into the container. A fixation mechanism ensures its optimal positioning upon container opening for treatment. An electrical contact is activated with the container contact to ensure that the lamp ignition does not occur outside the container.
