TC9000 ERIES – Product Description
The TC9000 ERIES – HOUR COUNTER is specifically designed for UVC lamps.
On average, a UVC lamp has a lifespan of 9000 hours, which is about one year of continuous use 24 hours a day. Each time the lamp is switched on, it loses an hour of life. The TC9000 allows for the exact counting of the UVC lamp’s life hours, including the counting of ignition phases. It is preprogrammed for a maximum lifespan of 9000 hours, thus enabling precise tracking of when the lamp needs to be replaced to ensure optimal performance. An alert is triggered when 80% of the lamp’s lifespan is reached, allowing for the timely procurement of new lamps.
TC9000M ERIES – Product Description
The TC9000M ERIES combines the features of the TC9000 with real-time UVC energy monitoring using a UVC probe specially designed by ERIES.
This probe allows the visualization of the energy level in percentage and provides an approximate indication of energy in mW/cm². When the UVC lamps are commissioned, the TC9000M counts down the usage time in hours and then in seconds while the input is active, with a bar graph indicating the countdown’s operation. The photodiode-type probe, connected via a detachable connector, provides an indicative measurement of the UVC level, with a maximum level recorded through learning.
