ERIES Addresses Major Disinfection Challenges in the Cosmetic Industry.
UV Plongeant: Tackling Hygiene and Cleaning Challenges for Drums and IBCs
This technological innovation was designed with a clear vision: to solve the major challenges companies face when disinfecting industrial containers, particularly large 1000L (1m3) IBCs.
Large IBC containers, often used for storing and transporting bulk liquids, present a unique challenge in terms of disinfection. Their substantial size and structural complexity significantly complicate the conventional cleaning process. Through our discussions with visitors, we were made aware of the challenges encountered when cleaning these containers, particularly the use of chemicals for disinfection. These insights highlighted the difficulties, especially the time-consuming management of these essential operations.
Fortunately, UVC technology offers a chemical-free and heat-free alternative, greatly reducing or even eliminating the need for chemical disinfectants after cleaning.
That’s where the UV Plongeant comes into play with its ingenious mechanism. Equipped with a parallelogram-shaped device featuring a UVC lamp, this system provides an innovative solution. When the operator properly secures the cap on the IBC or drum, the fastening mechanism ensures contact with the container, thereby triggering the lamp’s activation. This process ensures effective disinfection while guaranteeing personnel safety.
Additionally, all our lamps are protected by special sheaths to prevent glass debris dispersion in case of breakage. This device thus offers a safe and efficient disinfection method without relying on potentially hazardous chemicals
UV Canne: Redefining Disinfection of Small Containers for cosmetics, pharma and food industry
The UV Canne was specifically designed to disinfect smaller containers: jerry cans. Faced with complex cleaning challenges, the UV Canne demonstrates unmatched efficiency, eliminating microorganisms within seconds without using alcohol, bleach, or any harmful chemicals. Moreover, it produces no heat, unlike steam cleaning methods sometimes used by certain companies.
Specifically designed for jerry cans of various sizes, it consists of a box with a UVC lamp and a cap adapted to each container. It ensures precise positioning thanks to a dedicated fastening system. The UV Canne operates with electronic exposure time management, providing an effective and safe solution for eliminating all germs (bacteria, viruses, molds, fungi, algae, etc.).
These innovative products offer groundbreaking solutions for businesses, addressing specific challenges and providing invaluable benefits. In the cosmetics industry, for instance, where the use of chemicals may not be the best option, our products offer a safe and efficient alternative.
